Interview with Nautics

Here’s our interview with Nautics. Nautics is a Space Indie Rock Pop group from New York.

What’s your favorite part about making music? What are your goals within the music industry?: “Our favorite part about making music, is getting to be together, since we view Nautics as one family, so just sitting down in a room and being able to create our future songs is the best. Our goals are just to continue creating more songs.”

Which artists have had an influence on your music? Who’s music would you compare yours to?: “Throughout our years of being a band our influences have change, and individually we all have different influence. When we started our influence were more of the Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes. Now its more pop music like the Gorillaz.”

What are you working on right now? What should readers go listen to?: “We are working on some new song currently but nothing in any process to be excited about. Our most recent song is Thoughts on the Ceiling, and it would be great if you could check it out. We can be found on Instagram @official__nautics, and on Facebook @Nauticalmyson.”

Apple Music Reviews strives to be a positive source of music content and a community of artists/music listeners who love music as much as we do. Other music review outlets are generally biased towards certain artists, and try to emphasize what is bad about music, instead of liking it for what it is. And of course, they only review the most popular artists. We understand that there is a lot of music out there that you’d love, but just haven’t discovered yet, and we pride ourselves on giving you the opportunity to discover new music.
